Perhaps the Union should push for a 'class action' .....
then EVERY company involved in any acccidental release in a 'Brasilian' oilfield should be banned from engaging in 'Brasilian' oil extraction, transportation, refining, distribution and sales.
This way Brasil doesn't have to go through the same process every time a spill takes place.
