MANAGING Director of the Falkland Islands Tourist Board Tony Mason is to lead a team of delegates from the Islands to World Travel Mart in London next month. Read full article
A friend of my brother's shot a penguin once, when he was stationed in the Falklands. It was 1982, after the fighting was over. Apparently it approached his position and it didn't know the password!
In his defence it was about 2 am and very dark, but I don't think he ever lived it down! LOL
I think they should make penguin shooting a sport. : ) They are like useless chickens, they shit everywhere and you can't even eat them. (They taste awful).

can you tell me how to get there from London...where to stay...which good restaurant offers steaks...any good place to see beside the penguins residents?
