I cannot help but wonder just how much information/techniques etc that would be useful against their neighbor (RGland) they imparted?

I would have thought that he Prussian-inspired Chilean Army might be the ones giving the lessons, following the brilliant successes of the Blairmacht in Iraq and Afghanistan over the last decade, and 20 years of stalemate in Northern Ireland, as well as the shining success in Cyprus prior to independence.

    And what about Suez ...???
Why do the English always “forget” Suez ....???
Maybe because it illustrates perfectly English hypocrisy ???

    @ 4 Think

    What about Suez?

Yes, the Yanks pulled the plug on us - may have been a good thing. All a bit embarrassing at the time though. Win some, lose some. But we know that, we accept that and learnt from it.

We have the maturity and confidence to move on.

By th way, our armed forces seems to be too much closer with British counterparts.....Both have had experiences with the same third part.....so it will be very interesting for both of them.....

The only insurgents coming into Chile from The Dark Country are the ones escaping TMBOA and her disasters with the economy.

Ah! Just spotted what they are up to! They are going to “turn” these argies and send them back to infiltrate Casa Rosada and steal her bank account details. That will go a long way to bolstering Chile's economy!

    Ha, ha, ha.

Yes, but we did have “The Blessed Margaret” to lead the country unlike the cowardly argies who only had the Junta: SO IT WASN'T THEM WAS IT?

You really couldn't make nonsense like they spout, up.

@4 Another crisis in which cowardly argieland played no part. But then “nationalising” things that others have created is the argie way, isn't it?
@13 Then cut it out. Want to borrow a knife?

What the filthy RG's are trying to detract on here is that British military officers are training Chileans in war. They would have asked RG's only they are BIG LOSERS!
