I KNOW that “Np Money Pepe” is a complete twat but I had hoped that the opposition had a few bright sparks in their midst. Clearly Carlos Cardoso is not one of them,

“Candid: truthful and straightforward; frank, etc.” or nonsense? Is he on something?

But his financial analysis has some good points. It was reported by “No Money Pepe” that plans for the port had been sent to China after their “offer” to build it. Perhaps it has fallen through when the Chin woke up to the fact that they would have to PAY for it as well.

It’s a pity that the port is unlikely to be built without Brazilian help though I am surprised Brazil does not see massive advantages to a port virtually straddling its’ border especially when their own problems with construction are so entrenched. And the Rio Grande project is not off the planning stage as far as I can tell.
