Argentine prosecutor German Moldes has appealed a second court ruling rejecting the report by Alberto Nisman who, a week before he was found dead in his BA City apartment under mysterious circumstances in January, accused President Cristina Fernández and top government officials of seeking to cover up Iran’s alleged involvement in the bombing of the AMIA Jewish community center back in 1994. Timidprick is hardly in a position to accuse someone else of being 'unbalanced'! Since when is a PROSECUTOR supposed to be neutral? Isn't a PROSECUTOR there to prosecute? And therefore convinced of the guilt of the individual involved?

Take timidprick down into a cellar. What shall we try first? Nailing him to the walls by his bat ears? Thumbscrews. Lead boots, i.e. boots filled with molten lead. Stones on the chest until ribs break. The rack. How much will he 'flop' afterwards. Food thrown into the faeces. Three meals a day.

Prosecutor Germán Moldes surely will deserve the medal to civic courage for trying to revive a corpse so much past its best-before date.
But it's already too late. The Argentines have moved on after seeing the late prosecutor Nisman's famous accusation against President Fernández being dismissed by two levels of the judiciary with solid arguments. Even the opponent newspaper Clarín has moved on to greener pastures.
It remains of high interest, however, the investigation on Nisman's death and the motives the experienced prosecutor may have had for presenting such a sloppy denunciation in such strange circumstances.

The idiot child Enrique Massot is as usual defending the lies told by those who started a defamation campaign against Nisman.

Prosecutor Germán Moldes surely will deserve the medal of civic courage for risking his life against the corrupt kleptomacia.

    5 Don Alberto.
(DA's language reminds me of those of another writer in this forum--is that a tactic to multiply postings of the same level of silliness?)
Defamation is unnecessary against a character of Alberto Nisman's caliber. He has defamed himself by his actions.
Let's remember, for the benefit of other readers, that a group of relatives of the AMIA bombing had complained about lack of progress in the AMIA investigation during the 10-year tenure of Nisman as head prosecutor.

Says Don Alberto: ”...risking his life against the corrupt kleptomacia (sic).”
I assume DA supports the theory that Nisman was assassinated by the government, which was never confirmed by the justice, and on top of that, the poor quality of Nisman's denunciation takes all the support for that theory. The government, more than anybody else, needed Nisman alive so that he would have to defend his 290-page document publicly. Diligent investigators will be able to find interesting information by checking on those who oppose the government and were most interested in throwing a denunciation, and subsequently a cadaver, on the government's back. A shrewd plot that didn't work.

“The world has never reviewed the report that Nisman produced.”
You can't pick and choose what evidence must go through trial and what is fair game.
As soon as Nisman's death news came out, many observers, including many who post in Mercopress, immediately assumed that:
    1. Nisman had been murdered
    2. Nisman had been murdered after uncovering the Argentine government's involvement in a criminal plan to let Iran off the hook on the AMIA bombing of 1994.
3.Therefore, the Argentine government was responsible for the crime.
    4. After evidence showing a different picture began to emerge, opponents to the government and some Mercopress posters suddenly became very cautious, asking for proof and even talking about “defamation” of the dead prosecutor.
You can't have it both ways.
