Falklands implements 'local content register' for companies to become suppliers of oil sector

Falkland Islands are implementing the 'local content register' the process by which companies can be recognized as local and thus become suppliers for the oil and gas sector, which is expected to continue advancing following the current round of drilling and successful discovery announcements. A first company already registered last 7 April.

Royal family and grandparents visit the new princess at Kensington Palace

British royal family members visited on Sunday the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's new baby daughter at Kensington Palace with the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall spent more than an hour with their new granddaughter. The Duchess of Cambridge's parents, Michael and Carole Middleton, and her sister Pippa also met the princess.

Uruguay exported meat, offal, meat products and by-products worth 550 million dollars in the year up to 18 April, 8% more than the same period of 2014. Beef exports totaled 454 million in the first months of the year, with the main buyers including China, member countries of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the European Union, Israel and MERCOSUR countries.
