    The only negative feature is that a number of videos look “staged”. Especially the glances at the script and the monotone delivery. In other words, the message is fine, the delivery not so much.

    Personally I think the most effective thing to do is to ignore the Argies and just get on with life, I wouldnt flatter them with any attention whatsoever.

    In any case, it's positive for the world to see the Falklanders as a peaceful and industrious people that have nothing to do with Argentina.

    One Falklanders voice of reason is worth more than a thousand RG voices of vitriol.

    The Islanders could ignore the Argies, but this could imply acceptance of their side.
    The more the Islanders are heard, the better-TOO MUCH hibernation in the past.

    Even though the Argies are wrong, their lies aren't going away and need to be constantly challenged and corrected.

    More MLAs/Islanders on UK TV please representing the Islanders and debunking the Malvinas Myth.

    More Islanders visiting South America and disputing Argentina's side with facts please.

    Do Islanders want to sleep walk into a Corbyn giveaway?

    You are being somewhat alarmist. Corbyn, if he was elected PM, would have to persuade all his own party and the bulk of the rest of the parties in Parliament to back him. He has not a hope in hell of doing this.
    He was interviewed by Andrew Marr on TV this morning about his anti-nuclear weapons stand. He said that he hoped to persuade his party to his way of thinking but that there would be a free vote on the matter.
    Sounds like democracy to me.

    To be fair, their are elections and one referendum to come,

    @10 Clyde

    “ You are being somewhat alarmist”

    In this case you are absolutely correct. My point is totally neutralised as the Falkland Islanders have a stand at the Labour party conference, which is effectively (according to a mate) dispelling the Malvinas Myth.

    Well done to the Falkland Islanders-even if you don't see Corbyn I bet there's many Labour party members who believe in democracy and consultation . Hang on? Isn't that exactly what Corbyn has promised?
