    “being an English speaking community off the tip of South America, was uniquely placed to help our students”.

    And being a member of the Commonwealth, and with the second best run conservation zone on the planet, and with a record of a high proportion of it's energy provided by renewables. Also its ability to run it's economy at a surplus. Precisely why the Falklands should be seen, as it is,as an asset to the South American continent. You're missing a trick amigos...
