“The 1982 war, which began on April 2nd and last [sic] 74 days....,”

Once the ground war began, it was a matter of days before the argie surrender. They couldn't wait to go home, back to Argentina.

I wonder if there were any celebrations in Argenzuela today. Probably not.

This is a war that should have never happened. There is nothing to celebrate but to commemorate.

Argentines are celebrating their glorious victory in the Falklands today by pooping in their neighbours' houses, they way they did in the Falklands.

Because of the war, the Falklands were liberated, Argentina's brutal dictatorship was eviscerated, and the Argentine threat to invade Chile was ended. Argentina's true and indelible nature having thus been exposed, the Falklands now offer a shining example to the world of a people and land restored to peace and freedom.

    JFalkland
Name some people in the Islands who do not have a voice. You are not a Falkland Islander so stop pretending to be one.

@JFalkland You do really need to grow, you are neither an islander nor knowledgeable on the subject. I guess the butt hurt for your generation must be huge, how could a small country like the UK defeat the great and mighty Argentine. Well did your mother not explain to you that it is not the size that matters but what you do with it?

Interview with men of 2 Para on 14 June 1982.
Reporter “What sort of opposition was there?”
Paratrooper “Running opposition. They ran away”

The interview is just over five minutes in to the video. I wonder what date “Liberation Day” would have been if they could have run a little faster? ;-D
