golfcronie I can see that you are such a caring person. I can understand why you would expect the families who lost one or more loved one to be expected to pay for the coffins of their family members. Just as you expect your golf club to pay for the replacement of any and all balls you lost in the rough or water hazard.

Hepatia- God you are indeed a vile foul BITCH. Only a foul vile Bitch would try and bring her sick politics into such a humanitarian mission.
Jun 21st, 2017 - 10:34 am - Link - Report abuse +1I am totally against what those lads died fighting for - but I respect the simple fact- they were in uniform and died doing their job as soldiers and deserve respect.
Incidentally the reason they were unidentified in 1982 is pretty well 100% down to Argentina- learn some facts.
You have really put your feet in your mouth this time.
Islander1, I doubt she even read the article before posting her usual shtick. It's quite possible she uses a script to post rather than doing it herself, I wouldn't waste energy getting angry with her.
Jun 21st, 2017 - 11:24 am - Link - Report abuse +1She is the poster I'd most like to ban though just because she's boring. At least the other trolls are entertaining sometimes.

I don't know...a South Atlantic news agency....
I'm pretty sure from an outsiders point of view it would be the British posters that would be seen as the trolls...
Excluding the Islanders, of course...
On the Falkland Island news agency? Surely you jest!
Jun 21st, 2017 - 01:28 pm - Link - Report abuse +2Being from one country or another doesn't make you a troll. Hepatia's not a troll because she lives in the US, she's a troll because she robo-posts and most of her real comments are trying to stir up shit. Similarly most of Toby's comments are just trying to provoke, and he doesn't pretend otherwise.
I know some people here like to accuse everyone who disagrees with them of being a troll, but that wasn't what I meant.
What Falkland Island news agency....?
Jun 21st, 2017 - 05:08 pm - Link - Report abuse 0You are not implying that Mercopress is a Brit funded, Brit controlled, Uruguay based cuckoo...?
Are you...
I have no idea who funds or controls it, if anyone (it would not be expensive to run), and it certainly seems to be based in Uruguay and run by a Uruguayan. But it's obvious what audience it caters to and there is only one English speaking territory in the South Atlantic.
Jun 21st, 2017 - 05:58 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Mark, I do care, I take very great care that I do not lose balls in the rough or anywhere else.
Jun 21st, 2017 - 09:45 pm - Link - Report abuse 0I do not think any of you read the page properly and NO, mention of the vandalism there in the Falklands not all that long ago, is this the attitude of the British have we all lost out respect, this should have been done long ago to give closure to loved ones, not for prats like us to sit here and make stupid comments on coffins or the like, if the glove was on the other hand how would we feel ??

You are quite correct about her tactics and how she qualifies as a troll.
She denied that she/he/it was an Argentine troll.
Hepatia used to swear up and down that she was a US citizen and lived in US, and used her perspective as an 'American' to deride the British and Anglos, etc.
However, most of us here would agree she does NOT live in the US.
The ironic thing is now, she/he/it is denying that it lives in the US.
Hepatia,
BTW you have no evidence that I am a resident of the US.
It's really too funny.
@Hepatia

Rofl. Yes Hepatia, the US - the most powerful country in the world - is being secretly controlled by Great Britain. Whatcha gonna do about it?
BTW, the only evidence I have that you are a resident of the US is that you have said so. Are you calling yourself a liar?
http://en.mercopress.com/2017/06/19/identification-of-argentine-soldiers-buried-in-falklands-begins/comments#comment469167: I did not say that the US is being controlled by the UK. The British are pathetically incompetent - as illustrated by this site. The same cannot be said of countries such as Israel and, too a lesser extent, the KSA. However, the interested of the UK are in opposition to those of the US and their malicious actions have resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans in the past.
Jun 27th, 2017 - 11:52 pm - Link - Report abuse -1So, fortunately, the UK is nothing more than a vassal.
I have never said that I reside in the US. Neither have I stated the contrary. You cannot produce this 'evidence' because it does not exist! So, I'm calling myself a liar, I'm calling you a liar.
@Hepatia
Jun 28th, 2017 - 01:02 pm - Link - Report abuse +1I do wonder why you hate Europe so much. Are you jealous that our governments prefer to spend money on healthcare and pensions rather than missiles and aircraft carriers? Or that the Republicans would be a fringe party in most of Europe?
However, the interested of the UK are in opposition to those of the US and their malicious actions have resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans in the past.
What on earth are you referring to? You'd better believe the interests of the UK are mostly aligned with the US, otherwise we wouldn't be allies.
Here is the evidence that you live in the US:
Plainly you are not a resident of Texas. About 15% to 20% of the population here are descended from the Hispanic settler population.

It's not conclusive, and you could have moved since 2014, but quite frankly I don't care if you live in Texas or Timbuktu.
So, I'm calling myself a liar
I really wasn't calling you a liar, but hey, if you insist. :D
