Meanwhile, in Buenos Aires, cinema actor Gerardo Romano spoke in front of hundreds of thousands of Argentines celebrating July 9 and demonstrating against the recent agreement with the IMF.

“Let's break the chains imposed by Macri's agreement with the IMF that only promise our planned misery,” he said. “Let's break this brutal indebtedness that sentences many generations of Argentines to pay for the business of a few.”

Romano called “to end speculation...nationalize the banks and prosecute tax evaders who multiply their incomes through offshore accounts in fiscal havens. Movie actress Carolina Papaleo called to use politics as the only tool to transform reality.

“Macri came to government through lying, even to his own voters,” she said.

Nothing is easy nowadays, president Macri.
