LR: The Labour Party has now issued a short statement on the comments made by Jeremy Corbyn at the weekend. A labour Party spokesperson said:
RMB: “Labour Party policy remains that the people of the Falkland Islands have the right to determine their own future.” (quite rights)
The islanders have a voted to remain ‘Associated with the UK' their legal right.
