Argentina president Mauricio Macri has proved that, rather than following his father's industrialist steps, he seeks a return to a pastoral economy based on exporting unprocessed agricultural products -- which is in tune with his Blanco Villegas's large landowner maternal side.

Only that can explain the attacks on the domestic productive sector including most small, medium size and large enterprises, with the exception of private energy providers owned by Macri's friends, the financial and banking sector, and especially the large landowners and agri-export businesses benefited by significant reduction of export taxes.
