The British citizen killed in Buenos Aires Saturday during a robbery has been identified as the 50-year-old millionaire Matthew Charles Gibbard, who was travelling with his wife Suzane, his stepson, Stefan Zone, 28, also shot in the incident and still hospitalized, and other family members. Actually they did not take a taxi (look at the video footage) - instead for some reason they took a combi. The driver closed the back doors of the combi very normally AFTER the bags had been removed and the incident had started - as if nothing abnormal was happening. Very odd.

My condolences, and my solidarity, with the family of the victim. It is, as the Ambassador of the UK said, something horrible that should not have happened.
