Eleven million Argentines equals one quarter of the total population. Since those officially declared poor make up 35 per cent, the number is not that surprising but concerning.

So you claimed before there is an effective treatment that has been successfully used in several countries using a low cost available drug: Hydroxychloroquine
Which says Dr. David Sullivan, professor of microbiology at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and an infectious disease physician at the university’s malaria research institute. “Right now we have no clinical evidence that it works.” https://en.mercopress.com/2020/03/26/bolsonaro-clashes-with-governors-over-lockdowns-they-are-destroying-brazil/comments#comment507817
