President Xi pledges a comprehensive strategic partnership with Argentina
Xi noted that since Fernandez took office, they have talked over phone and had multiple exchanges of letters, and have reached important consensuses on deepening bilateral relations Chinese President Xi Jinping said that China stands ready to work with Argentina to promote high-quality Belt and Road cooperation and advance the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
China attaches great importance to bilateral ties, Xi said in a recent exchange of letters with Argentine President Alberto Fernandez, urging concerted efforts to sustain and deepen the development of the China-Argentina comprehensive strategic partnership.
Xi noted that since Fernandez took office, they have talked over phone and had multiple exchanges of letters, and have reached important consensuses on deepening bilateral relations and strengthening cooperation in areas such as battling the COVID-19 pandemic.
The pandemic is a severe test for the whole world, Xi said, adding that in the face of the disease, the two nations have stood together and helped each other, and their traditional friendship has been further elevated in the joint battle.
China, he said, stands ready to strengthen cooperation with Argentina in research, development and application of COVID-19 vaccines, and will continue to provide as much support and assistance as its capacity allows for Argentina's fight against the pandemic.

And despite the fact that God placed the magnificent Andes cordillera to keep us apart — we in Chile will always love our Argentine cousins, although we'll never cry either...
And yes, China definitely holds us by the shorthairs on the copper market...

But, until socialists somehow overturn our economy — our independent central bank remains strong and we have an excellent credit rating due to the ideals of Milton Friedman's Chicago Boys.
Your richly endowed country on-the-other-hand has the same financial credit score as... ...perhaps Zimbabwe...
Maybe China consumes 11% of your exports — but the actual rate of ruinous debt service percentage is grossly obscene.
How can you survive when your debt service exceeds all possibility of repayment?
What I do suspect is your national financial strategic plan involves DEBT FORGIVENESS and a World acceptance of a major WEALTH RESET.
After all, it has been said: “A crisis is a terrible thing to waste.”

Speaking of the New Dawn Phase — the Americans seem to have entered into Act 1 of Wagner's Götterdämmerung.
The Democrat party will now control the House, Senate and Presidency and we should all be greatly entertained for the next four years at least.
It may be very possible, that we will see the emergence of the first female president of the USA within the next 18 months...
