  Arrest warrant issued in Argentina against Diosdado Cabello

  

  Argentine surrogate Judge Mariela Alejandra Giménez has issued an arrest warrant against Venezuela's Government leader Diosdado Cabello, number two of the ruling PSUV, should he try to enter the country.
