Falklands tells Decolonization Committee C24, “Our voice is all that matters”

The Falklands people are not the UK officials that have administered the Islands. However, Argentina don’t accept this, and requested again to be our colonial masters at the UN C24-decolonisation committee. MLA Short and I attended the UN meeting of the “question of the Falklands” on Tuesday 18th June to point to the obvious - Our voice is all that matters.

UK's ambassador to Mexico (and ex to Chile, 2009/2014) has been removed from his post after a video of him jokingly pointing at staff what appears to be a high-powered rifle circulated online, causing controversy.

Beer and wine in UK pubs and bars short measured, official Standards Institute sample finding

UK pubs and bars seem to have found a way to beat inflation. A report published on Friday by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) found that 70% of the beer and wine it sampled across the UK was being short measured. It calculated that this meant an average beer drinker was losing around £88.40 a year, while a wine drinker was losing around £114.40 per year.
