Paraguay insists in reviewing all decisions adopted by Mercosur during its 14-month suspension

Foreign minister Eladio Loizaga said Paraguay will hold before Mercosur the same position it sustained at the Unasur summit in Suriname requesting that all decisions adopted during the last year and two months in which the country was suspended, are formally analyzed.

Third largest deal in corporate history: 130bn dollars for 45% stake in Verizon Wireless

Vodafone has sold its 45% stake in Verizon Wireless to US telecoms group Verizon Communications in one of the biggest deals in corporate history. The 130bn dollars deal was announced by Vodafone after the close of trading on the London Stock Exchange.
