LOL I asked this before why is anyone surprised by corruption within FIFA? This guy is not the 1st to be tarred with that brush nor will he be the last, just my opinion but I think they are corrupt from top to bottom.

No objection if the Brit has done something wrong, he deserves full extent of the justice system in Brazil.
we all know FIFA is corrupt, and that spreads across the board irrelevant of nationalities.

Most of the other people charged were Brazil-based ticket scalpers, police said.
