10 people assigned to guard him and no one is sight on the eve of his testimony??
Now the govt is trying to threaten this young guy with prison for loaning a pistol to a prosector who already has a gun licence.

@1 Do you not think they may be lining him up to be the 'scape goat', what is his aliby for the Sunday evening, is it water tight or can they slowly pick it apart. Will this guy be found dead/comit suicide and conveniently some new evidence/confession will point to him being the killer and case closed. Nothing would surprise me at this point.

@1. Why would Nisman need to borrow a gun when he already had two? I can understand why Nisman might not trust his Federal Police bodyguards, but to ask a computer technician from his office to visit him AT HOME and then ask to borrow a gun? Why would he be considered more trustworthy? Why would Nisman think he might own a gun? Suppose he didn't own a gun? Suppose he refused to lend it?

While we're on this subject, if Nisman feared for his life, why was he living somewhere with so many entrances? A federal prosecutor knows how things can be done. Wouldn't he want to live somewhere secure? The penthouse of a top-rated hotel might be good. Access only by occupant-controlled lift (elevator). Or maybe with his family. In a country like argieland, wouldn't you just buy a gun on your way home?

Take a look at the Buenos Aires Herald article. http://www.buenosairesherald.com/article/180657/nisman’s-mystery-man-finally-speaks-up
Can you pick out all the things that don't add up?
Why did Nisman ask Lagomarsino to visit him? Ostensible reason - to borrow a gun. Didn't Nisman already own two guns? Suppose Lagomarsino didn't own a gun? Suppose he wasn't willing to lend it? Lagomarsino allegedly went home to look for his gun. If you owned a gun, wouldn't you know where it was? And his wife, sister and children wouldn't know he owned it?

“Lagomarsino reportedly gave Nisman a few pointers on how to use the gun.” Like point it and pull the trigger? And Nisman says he won't use it? So why is he borrowing it?

Who's running this cover-up and disinformation campaign? Because they're crap. Every bit of info sparks more questions. A cover-up should 'answer' all questions and leave no loose ends.

    Here's another good one.

In fear of his life, Nisman returns to argieland to borrow a gun before testifying.

This is the crap Kirchner wants the world to believe?

Its too bad he didn't have time to get out of the country.

Its also really sad that the Rgs are so apathetic and are letting this poor shmuck get railroaded.

    What a terrible place.
At least the world is seeing Argnetina for exactly what it is.

It seems Argentina will stall the investigation of Nisman murder, just as they've done regarding the AMIA 1994 bombing. When you loan a pistol to someone, it makes sense to give some basic instruction.
Seems to me that the SI had Nisman's telephone tapped. They would know then that a pistol was being loaned to him and could have then decided to stage the suicide.
Still no news of the security camera tapes...

You would think Nisman would have realised that and been more careful?

@5. Seems Nisman was already 'out of the country'. Exposing CFK was more important? If he gave his life, the world needs to force out the truth. Whatever it takes. Come on, U.S. you have what's needed. Just for once there will be no complaints about an invasion. Land your 9,000+ Abrams tanks, 6,000 Bradleys, Strykers and others. Attack helicopters. Fast jets. How could you lose? Managed Grenada didn't you?

The problem is that when you have a government of people comfortable with lying it is hard to believe anything they say. We know they lie. We have seen them lie. Not just being economical with the truth or spinning like most politicians but blatant lies.

Why the USA? Let instead our 80,000-person Chilean army with German leopard battle tanks, along with our Navy, with a fleet of 66 surface vessels and four submarines, along with our f-16 fighter equipped Air Force do the job instead? All we would ask for is Patagonia, Bariloche and the other half of Terra de Fuego.
Oh yes, maybe one of your wonderful British submarines could “accidently” fire an icbm nuclear missile into the heart of La Paz, Bolivia would be greatly appreciated...

    13. I wish you'd do it and while you're at it take Mendoza and Cochabamba Province from Bolivia. Chile would get those places in line and working well. You'd have gas lots of arable land and a nice peasant class to do your bidding.

    Win win for everyone.

Yes but don't you think she was clueless the the world intelligence agencies would get involved? She does not understand that when you play in terrorist playgrounds, there are bigger kids in that yard.
