Sunday 12th November was Remembrance Sunday in the Falklands, and the occasion was commemorated with an annual service recalling the 105th anniversary of the end of the First World War, beginning with a service at Christ Church Cathedral in Stanley.
The Falklands Ride of Respect, sponsored by SAMA, South Atlantic Medal Association, is a group of Veterans that has been running for five years, visiting each Falklands conflict grave in the U.K. as well as many significant memorials as well.
In a heated debate that unfolded on Sunday, Libertarian Congressman Javier Milei found himself at odds with Economy Minister Sergio Massa. In some areas Antarctic sea ice was even increasing. That was until 2016, when everything changed. The annual extent of winter sea ice stopped increasing. Now we have had two years of record lows.
