Nicaraguan dissidents ask EU-Celac Summit to create group for the return to democracy

Uruguayan Gov't speaks of “inaccuracies” in UN report about water

Uruguay's Foreign Ministry Thursday issued a communiqué in response to a UN report on the water crisis the South American country is going through.
