  Welsh Government has amended its coronavirus regulations to allow people to travel to dozens of countries and overseas territories without having to quarantine on their return. The steps by the Government also means residents from those countries can now travel to Wales for summer holidays without having to self isolate.

  Easter Sunday with record temperature in the UK

  

  Three of the UK's nations have recorded their highest ever Easter Sunday temperatures, the Met Office has said. Scotland's peak was 23.4C (74F), in Edinburgh, while that same temperature was also the high point in Wales - coming in Cardiff. Northern Ireland beat a 95-year-old record when the mercury hit 21C at Helen's Bay near Bangor.

A girl born between 2015 and 2017 is expected to live until 82.9 years old – no change on the previous figure for 2014-16, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS).
