Argentina's Defense Minister Jorge Taiana Wednesday signed the so-called Productive Cooperation Agreement deal with Swedish developers SAAB Dynamics. Oil prices continued their slide on Wednesday after another banking fallout unsteadied the market further. The price of a packet of cigarettes rose hours after the UK Budget was delivered in Parliament, while drinkers will see tax on alcohol go up by 10.1% in August, in line with inflation.
