UK present at Latin America's Air and Space Fair held in Santiago

The 20th Air and Space Fair (Fidae), the most important aviation event in Latin America, kicked off in Chile on Tuesday with a participation of more than 50 exhibitors and about 120 civil and military aircraft. FIDAE, a biennial international air show held in Santiago, Chile, is the largest aerospace and defense fair in Latin America. More than 120,000 attendees are expected to attend during the six days display.

Trade war: China slaps higher tariffs on US pork, wine and certain fruits

China has slapped extra tariffs of up to 25% on 128 U.S. products including frozen pork, as well as on wine and certain fruits and nuts, in response to U.S. duties on imports of aluminum and steel, China’s finance ministry said. The tariffs, to take effect on Monday, were released late on Sunday and matches a list of potential tariffs on up to US$3 billion in U.S. goods published by China on March 23.
