  Deutsche Bank agrees to pay 2.5bn fine for manipulating the LIBOR rate

  Sir Simon steps down after five years as FCO Permanent Under-Secretary

  Uruguay/Brazil meeting to attempt an advance in Mercosur/EU trade talks
