  Botnia/UPM conflict: Argentina retaliates against Uruguay with trade and port measures

  

  Argentina has made public its first retaliation against Uruguay over the Botnia/UPM pulp mill controversy and has banned Argentine exports from being trucked to Montevideo for shipment overseas.
