  Netherlands prepared to help with Falklands' dialogue, once UK leaves the EU

  

  Holland is prepared to contribute to the Falklands/Malvinas dialogue between Argentina and UK, once Britain has definitively left the European Union, said on Tuesday foreign minister Susana Malcorra who is part of the official delegation of president Mauricio Macri state visit to the Netherlands.

  Argentine government offices can't stop calling the Islands... Falklands

  

  Argentine government offices and dependencies don't seem to be able to get things right. When they publish maps of Argentina including the disputed South Atlantic Islands, on several occasions they have identified them as the Falkland Islands, and when not simply forgot to include them.

  Argentina defines continental shelf limits with the exception of the Falklands and Antarctica areas

  

  Argentine foreign minister Susana Malcorra has announced that Argentina has definitive international support for its defined continental shelf limits, with the exception of the Falklands/Malvinas, South Georgia, in dispute with the UK, and those covered by the Antarctic Treaty, which are not considered by the UN because of a sovereignty litigation or an international treaty.

  Falklands' large farms report better 2016/17 clip and lambing

  

  Falklands Landholdings, FLH, has managed an excellent 2016/17 wool clip in a year with bullish prices, reports the Penguin News latest edition. A total of 138,302 sheep have been shorn producing 342,980 kilos of clean wool and all packed into 2,653 bales over the last five months.

  Brazilian meats' scandal: China, Egypt, Chile limit imports ban to the 21 processing plants involved

  

  Brazil won a major victory as it battles to restore credibility amid a tainted meat scandal, with China, Egypt and Chile lifting their bans on its products. The three countries, which had totally closed their markets to Brazilian meat at the start of last week, said they would open them to all but the 21 Brazilian processing plants under investigation.

  Falklands/Honduras to share experiences in marine coastal resources management

  

  Honduras and UK South Atlantic British Overseas Territories, mainly Falkland Islands are to share scientific experiences and develop potential projects that could enhance the Central American country's management of its marine coastal resources. With this purpose the Director of the South Atlantic Environmental Research Institute (SAERI), Dr Paul Brickle, visited Roatán and Tegucigalpa last week.
