  Busy cruise visitors week for Ushuaia: 20.000 landed during January

  Expedition cruise vessel to be launched in 2020 will have its own submarine and helicopter

  

  Scenic Cruises is planning to create another exclusive, expedition-style ocean vessel that boasts of its own submarine and helicopter. The Australian-owned cruise operator mentioned that the soon-to-be-launched 228-passenger Scenic Eclipse would be getting a sister in 2020 and it would be known as the Scenic Eclipse II. She is schedule to sail Falklands, South Georgia and Antarctica.

  As the 6 lady crew members of the Indian Naval yacht TARINI prepare to leave the Falklands they take away: ‘Pleasant memories of a very wonderfully close-knit family atmosphere, of people who trust each other, are resourceful, peaceful and kind to each other and who live well with no poverty, unemployment, destitution or hardships’ said Lieutenant Commander Vartika Joshi who is the captain of the 17 x 5 meters sloop.

  The US tourism industry is suffering from the “Trump slump”

  Turismo de Portugal I.P (Portugal), Ecotourism Trust (India), Tryponyu (Indonesia) and SEGGITUR (Spain) are the winners of the 14th Edition of the UNWTO Awards for Innovation in Tourism. Fourteen projects among 128 applicants from 55 countries were selected as finalists of the 14th UNWTO Awards for Innovation in Tourism.
